Why should I join STUDIO 3?

We are the ONLY boutique fitness center in the area to offer the amazing combination of Barre, Pilates, and Yoga. No longer do you need to attend 2-3 separate gyms/studios to fit all your fitness needs. You can experience the lengthening and toning benefits of Barre, the strengthening and core focus of Pilates, and the stretching and rejuvenating benefits of Yoga all in one place!

In addition to our Group Fitness Studio, STUDIO 3 also has a separate Pilates Equipment Room used for private and duet training.

What benefits can I expect from attending classes regularly?

Our group classes are all carefully designed by our team to give you a full body workout and energizing experience. Regular attendance in our classes can increase strength, flexibility, muscle tone, and posture. Our clients also attest to experiencing weight loss, increased energy, better sleep, and overall improved health and wellness.

What is the booking policy for group classes?

You are able to book group classes up to 7 days in advance.  It is highly recommended that you pre-register for your desired class a few days in advance. Our classes are intended for small groups and space is limited. If classes are full, there is a wait list. If a spot in class becomes available, you will be notified via email/text message.

What is the cancellation policy?

Clients are able to Early Cancel 60 minutes prior to group class start time without losing a class pass. Once the window is closed, the cancellation will be considered a Late Cancel and you will not be credited back the class.

What should I wear?

We recommend dressing in comfortable clothing that allow you to move comfortably during class. Please wear exercise pants that fit snug to the body (ex. leggings) so that your instructor can monitor your hip/knee/ankle alignment.

What should I bring?

We recommend you bring a water bottle and a small towel with you to class. Please leave all other belongings (including cell phones) in the cubbies. STUDIO 3 provides all equipment needed for class, but we encourage you to bring your own mat for our Pilates and Yoga classes.

What is the check-in process?

The front door is unlocked 10 minutes prior to the start of class. Please arrive five minutes before class. Studio 3 does not permit late entry to our classes. Lobby door is locked at class start time and all students must be in the studio space prior to class start time in order to participate. We recommend you bring a water bottle and small towel with you to class.

What should I expect for class?

Our staff is made up of highly skilled fitness professionals that are experienced and knowledgeable in instructing clients of all fitness levels. All of our classes are designed to be as inclusive and multi-level as possible. Exercises are modifiable to your needs and fitness level.

What are the policies regarding the Private Pilates Reformer?

Appointments are bookable 30 days and up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellation must occur 24 prior to your session to avoid being charged for the session.

Who can take class?

Anyone (male or female) over 18 years old. If you have any medical concerns, please obtain clearance from your doctor prior to the start of your training. We also ask that you notify your instructor prior to class of any injuries or concerns you may have. If you are pregnant, please alert your instructor prior to the beginning of class.
