While she isn’t teaching you can find Kaleigh out in nature (most likely at the beach), drinking an iced coffee, dancing, hooping, painting with watercolors, traveling, or at the gym.
Karen - Pilates Equipment Trainer
Karen fell in love with Pilates after taking years of Mat Pilates and Pilates on the Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair. Her passion for Pilates stems from its positive impact on her own physical and mental well-being, and she strives for others to find those very benefits. As a result, Karen decided to direct her passion by sharing the education of Pilates with others. She underwent rigorous training at the Balanced Body Institute in Jacksonville, FL and received her Reformer certification. Karen’s passion for fitness also extends into other forms of exercise as she is also a certified Kickbox Instructor.
Karen has taught privately and in Pilates studios in the Tampa Bay area. She supports her clients through their introduction to pilates and works to help each individual achieve their own personal fitness goals. Karen currently resides in Tarpon Springs, FL with her husband and children.
