Danielle

A classical ballet dancer since childhood, Danielle studied at some of the most prestigious academies in the country and has danced in China, Russia, Poland, and the United States. She went on to study at Butler University's Department of Dance, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Dance Pedagogy.  After a hip injury ended her professional ballet career prematurely, Danielle discovered a passion and talent for fitness instruction. She trained and studied extensively during her hip rehabilitation and went on to become a certified instructor in Pilates, Barre, and Yoga.

During her time as a group and private fitness instructor, Danielle began to see a void in the industry for a truly ballet-based, all fitness level Barre program. This void spurred her to design and develop what is now STUDIO 3. Danielle has reinvented the difficult and sometimes dangerous technique of classical ballet into a system that is safe and appropriate for all fitness levels.  Most importantly, STUDIO 3 classes are fun and effective! Danielle and her team can't wait for you to join us and experience the difference our training methods can make!

Stephanie - Pilates Reformer Instructor

Stephanie discovered Pilates while living in Las Vegas. She had always enjoyed being active and working out, but Pilates quickly became her new favorite form of exercise. The slow, articulate movements is what drew her in and she loved how she felt physically and mentally. She soon decided to pursue Pilates as a professional career and gained her certification through Balance Body. She is enthusiastic about helping others achieve the same mind and body connection!

Originally from Miami, FL, Alyssa has been a dancer for over twenty years. Alyssa pursued dance in high school at a performing arts magnet program and went on to receive her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the School of Dance at Florida State University. During her time at FSU’s School of Dance, she was honored with various opportunities to deepen her dance practice and perform around the country and abroad.

Due to various injuries, she was exposed to Pilates during her physical therapy sessions as a tool to return safely back to dancing. Pilates became an essential component of her continued health as a dancer and performer; having seen firsthand the benefits of a continuous Pilates practice in managing her injuries, relieving pain and moving more efficiently. Her experience with Pilates and physical therapy influenced her belief that movement can be healing.

This belief drove her to pursue her Pilates certification through the Balanced Body method and pursue a career as a physical therapist. She is currently in her first year of physical therapy school at Florida International University. She aims to use her knowledge of physical therapy and Pilates in her instruction to provide fun, flowing, functional and challenging classes that are accessible to every age and body. Her ultimate goal is for each person to end her class feeling better and stronger than when they started.

Lili - Yoga Instructor

Lili began to practice yoga when she first moved to Dunedin, FL from Denver, CO in 2006. She immediately felt a special connection. Her self-discovery journey began!

In 2014, Lili received level 1 & 2 Reiki certification from Master Shifu Orlando Schiaffino, her QiGong & Tai Chi Teacher  for 3 years. In July 2015 she received her 200RYT under Ally Ford and Calley Masson Sunderman.  She continues to practice yoga and attend yoga & meditation workshops to expand her yoga knowledge.  She feels so lucky and grateful to learn from many gifted teachers.

Lili considers herself a student of Life.  Constantly learning from daily lessons, from her practice, her daughter, students, teachers, family, friends and people she meets daily.  She follows her intuition and heart leading her to a constant transformation.
